Order Fulfillment Solutions Built For Complexity
There are hundreds of 3PLs. For low-complexity, low-value orders, almost any of them will do, and we'll happily tell you so.
Rush Order earns its place where two things overlap: you're growing fast, and your fulfillment is genuinely complex. That complexity usually shows up in one of three ways. If two or three apply to you, we're likely the strongest fit you'll find.
Product — it needs more than pick and pack: refurbishment, firmware, assembly, serialization.
Channel — you sell DTC, retail, and marketplace, or through B2B partners who ship to end users.
Geography — you're shipping across multiple U.S. regions and going global.
The Order Fulfillment Complexity Other 3PLs Turn Away
-
We do the value-added work most warehouses can't staff for: refurbishment, flashing firmware, charging and testing batteries, multi-part kitting and assembly, and serial-number, lot, and expiration-date tracking at the unit level. If your product needs work before it ships or has to be traced after, it's handled on our floor, not outsourced.
-
Sell direct, through retailers, on marketplaces, and B2B, all from one inventory pool, all in sync. We're built for the models others fumble, including B2B2C: sell to an insurer, clinic, school, or enterprise buyer, and we fulfill straight to the patient's or employee's door. A DTC-grade experience on a B2B transaction. That's a core strength for digital-health and medical-device brands.
-
Position inventory across multiple U.S. nodes for faster, cheaper domestic shipping, then go global from our sites in Canada, the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. One 3PL, one integration, worldwide reach. Your London customer ships from our UK center, not from California.
Built for the World’s Fastest Growing Brands
Rush Order is boutique by design. Big enough for global fulfillment and in-house software. Small enough that you're never a ticket number. Every client gets a named account team that knows your business. Warehouse ops, account management, and engineering all under one roof.

What Rush Order Clients Are Saying
Climate-Controlled Storage That Protects Your Products
Our warehouses maintain stable ambient temperatures, with supplemental heating or cooling added in specific locations to keep conditions right for sensitive products, like gel packs, liquids, or anything else that needs a controlled environment.
Temperature and humidity sensors run throughout our facilities and update in real time. You get the same visibility we do, plus automatic alerts if conditions ever drift outside your specified range.
For products that need extra protection, select warehouses offer dedicated micro-environments with enhanced climate control.
Your products stay exactly as you shipped them until they reach your customer.
Custom Packaging & Kitting for Your Brand
Every one of our locations has a dedicated value-added services team for custom packaging, kitting, inserts, shrink wrapping, and other product or packaging work.
We take two approaches, depending on your product:
Built in advance: For more complex kitting or assembly, our teams build units ahead of time on dedicated assembly lines and load them straight into shelving, ready for same-day pick and pack. This is typically more cost-effective and easier to quality-control for intricate builds.
Done on the way out the door: For simpler jobs; a single insert, light customization, we handle it inline as part of pick and pack, in real time as the order ships.
Either way, you get packaging that fits your product, budget, and timeline.

What Onboarding Looks Like
-
By this point both teams have already worked through fit, volumes, SKU counts, channels, and growth plans.
-
Contacts, sales channels, shipping geographies, product SKUs, names, descriptions, barcodes, and flags for serialization, lot control, and expiration dates. This is where small details carry big consequences. A medical device shipped without a captured serial number is a real problem, so the form is thorough on purpose. Most clients finish it in a few days rather than a few weeks.
-
Your SKUs and control flags go into our warehouse management system and order management system before any inventory arrives.
-
Every client gets one, including brands on a standard Shopify connection. That call runs 15 to 20 minutes and confirms how orders, inventory, and tracking will move. Brands running SAP, NetSuite, or another ERP get a project manager from our in-house development team for the whole integration.
-
We push live test orders through the full flow and physically ship boxes, often to your own team's homes. If your product has not been manufactured yet, we test with a stand-in and ship that instead.
-
Orders route to Rush Order and your team stops packing boxes.
